Porridge is a breakfast staple at my current home, Finland.
Berries is a Vitamin C rich favourite to top it with. These antioxidant and polyphenol dense superfood is a staple amongst Suomis. Add enough of them in and you wont even need any sweetener. I like to drizzle a bit of extra-virgin olive oil to add healthy fats and earthy tones and walnuts for crunch and extra omega vitamins and protein in my oat meal, but that’s entirely up to you.
